Richard Stone - Chairman, Non-executive
Richard Stone, previously on the UK board of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has a wealth of experience derived from working with over 150 companies of differing size and covering a spectrum of industries. His breadth of knowledge and experience provides a further dimension to the strategic development of the CSW Group. In addition to his role with CSW, Richard is a non-executive Director Halma Plc and TR Property Investment Trust and Garmore Global Trust. Richard is also Chairman of Shearings Group Ltd and Drambuie Limited, and is also an advisor to Simmons & Simmons.

Stewart Newton - Director, Non-executive
Stewart Newton is Founder and Chairman of The Real Return Group Limited and a director of Veritas Asset Management (UK) Limited.  He is also a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings Plc and sits on the Investment Committee of The Wellcome Trust, and the Investment Board of Cambridge University.  Stewart is also a Council Member of Imperial College and is Chairman of the committee advising the Council on the College Fund.  Stewart was the founder of Newton Investment Management Limited, from which he retired in 2002.

Paul Griffin

Paul Griffin - Director
Paul has a wealth of experience gained across a number of sectors. Previously he worked for Anisa UK and FWL Group where he was Group CEO. Before that Paul spent time with Logica (pre and post CMG merger) as Business Director, was Managing Director of ESIS Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of National Grid plc) and EnMO Ltd (a NG joint venture) - companies positioned at the heart of the UK Energy Markets. During the nineties, Paul spent time with STS (a Birmingham based software and services company) as a senior manager in charge of major programmes and product development.

Jeremy Dawson's (MA CA) commercial career has been spent with independent businesses that are growing rapidly, usually also backed by external investors. This has included being a venture capitalist - 3i and N M Rothschild & Sons - with responsibility for several independent funds; corporate financier - Ernst & Young - and as a company director looking after finances and accounting and raising of investment funds for his clients.

Gareth Hudson - Company Secretary
Before joining CSW in March 1998, Gareth Hudson was Company Secretary for a leading vendor of numerical analysis software, where he was part of a management team reporting to the Board. He holds an honours degree in Finance, Management and Business Administration and has developed broad knowledge and experience in company administration, employee relations and HR issues, property management, pensions and insurance.
